INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEACE
Barstow Peace Doves With Peace Messages
In a world where divisions between people are painfully apparent, and some fights are causing thousands to die, in a world where adults seem to cluster off into antagonistic groups of same class, same color, same lifestyle, in our class, and in our school, we can do better.  We can create inclusive communities in which everyone is safe and cared for.  If we do that in school, maybe it will begin to spill over into life outside school and be the beginning of a peaceful community, a peaceful country. a peaceful world.
I believe we can begin the process.
